Patients who receive factor concentrates for infusion at home are required to maintain current infusion records. ICHIP is the program we use for this purpose, and you may access it on your home computer or smart phone. You may request and account and register for ICHIP by contacting the clinic via phone 604-806-8855, or email. In the meantime, you may review the following links to introduce you to the system, connect to the log-in page, and complete the consent form that the staff will use to enroll you.
